Tennant Company Appoints Operations Directors

TENNANT COMPANY APPOINTS OPERATIONS DIRECTORS
Mark Morrison – Minneapolis, Minn., Operations Director
Mike Reilly – Holland, Mich., Operations Director

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn., Oct. 1, 2007—Tennant Company (NYSE:  TNC), a world leader in designing, manufacturing and marketing of solutions that help create a cleaner, safer world, announced the appointment of Operations Directors in its manufacturing facilities in Minneapolis, Minn., and Holland, Mich. Mark Morrison will serve as Director of Operations, Minneapolis for Tennant Company and Mike Reilly will serve as Director of Operations, Holland for Tennant Company.

Most recently Morrison was responsible for managing a Siemens industrial electronics operation in Juarez, Mexico. Morrison has also held Operations Management positions with GTE Sylvania, now Osram Sylvania. 

Morrison holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from Boston College.

Reilly comes to Tennant Company from Johnson Controls Interiors North America where he created and implemented the manufacturing footprint strategy. Reilly also served in management positions with Johnson Controls in their Southview, Visor and Meadowbrook plants.

Reilly holds a BS in Public Administration from Western Michigan University.
