Role Definition

Executive

This role has access to sensitive sales-related information for business owner and/or manager only, such as compensation and rebate reports. This role will also be able to approve and manage user access, order online, view order status and history, view invoices, view documents and sales tools, and request service (where available.)

Administrator

This role approves and manages user access for your company’s My Tennant account. This role will also be able to order online, view order status and history, view invoices, view documents and sales tools, and request service (where available.)

Accounting

This role will be able to view list price and product availability, view invoices, and view documents and sales tools.

Ordering

This role will be able to order online, view order status and history, view invoices, view documents and sales tools, and request service (where available.)

List Price and Availability

This role will be able to view list price and product availability, and view documents and sales tools.
